Returns and Refunds
Project Manager Today is committed to the highest standards of service and transparency for our customers, and this returns policy is designed to protect your rights as a consumer and as a customer of Project Manager Today.
If you take out a subscription or make a purchase from Project Manager Today, you have the right to cancel within seven days of taking out your subscription or receiving your purchase – whichever is the longer. If you do choose to cancel your subscription or purchase, we will issue a full refund to the bank account from which you made the payment within 30 days.
If you are cancelling a subscription:
We will confirm your cancellation by email and issue a full refund to the account with which you paid for the subscription within 30 days. We will cancel delivery of printed magazines and any digital subscription that you may have requested, and you will no longer be able to log in as a member on our website. However you will still be able to enjoy all of the free, openly available resources that our website offers.
If you have purchased a one-off item (a book, training course, or other discrete product or service):
We will confirm your cancellation by email and issue a full refund to the account with which you paid for the subscription within 30 days. We will instruct you when we email you to confirm cancellation as to whether we require return of goods. We will include a returns slip in that email that you must print out and include with your goods when you return them. We will ask you to return your goods to Project Manager Today, Delta 1100, Delta Office Park, Welton Road, Swindon SN5 7WZ. If we do require return of goods we will issue your refund upon our receipt of the goods in unused condition.
